South Pacific Cultural Photography
Frederique and I are enthusiastic photographers of the culture, scenic beauty and wildlife of the South Pacific.
Vanuatu is a treasure trove of cultural images.

New Caledonia's culture is completely different than Vanuatu. In Vanuatu 99% of the people are indigenous Melanesian people living in small rural villages.

New Caledonia and Vanuatu Wildlife and Scenic PhotographyNew Caledonia and Vanuatu also have much different topography; the islands of Vanuatu are volcanic while New Caledonia was uplifted from the sea floor.
Using high dynamic range panoramic photography we captured the feeling of the powerful forces of Vanuatu's Yasur Volcano:
New Caledonia's Grande Terre is much larger than any of the Vanuatu islands and has some major rivers and spectacular waterfalls:

Our sphere images Cascade de la Rèviere du Carénage bring these waterfalls to life.
New Caledonia has the world's largest coral reef lagoon, designated as a World Heritage Site because of the diversity of marine life. We developed an extensive photo library of the New Caledonia lagoon from every part of the country that lets you do a virtual tour of the lagoon before you set sail for New Caledonia to cruise the lagoon.

Our photography is also a way to improve the web traffic for any tourism activity. The sphere images on Google Earth attract thousands of people and help promote the activities and locations where they were taken.
Our photography has also helped New Caledonia become one of the major destinations for Superyachts cruising the South Pacific.
